Jeff joined Health Strategy in 2018 as its first Chief Counsel. He is responsible for providing legal guidance on all matters affecting Health Strategy and its affiliated companies, including supporting Health Strategy’s clients in their contract negotiations with PBMs.

Prior to joining Health Strategy, Jeff spent 25 years in the legal department of Cigna Corporation. Jeff’s responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions and supporting Cigna’s joint ventures with health systems.
