Justin Dell

Chief Techology Officer

Justin joined Health Strategy in 2014. Prior to joining Health Strategy, Justin worked as a Senior Software Engineer at DRW Trading Group.

Currently, Justin serves as Health Strategy’s Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for writing software and tableau dashboards, as well as working on the RFP Portal. He also helps with the IT infrastructure.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid Fighting Illini, Bears, and Cubs fan. In 2016, he managed to go to 8 Cubs playoff games, including Game 7 of the World Series. Justin has also hiked to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Justin earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois in 2009.
